What you received

The folder holds the pamphlet, in Italian and in English, and 50 gift cards with your code. Every card already carries your code. You do not need to write anything.

Activate your code

About two minutes. The code printed on your cards becomes your partner code. Start from the QR on the back of a card, or open the registration form and type the code.

  1. Step 1

    Scan the back of one of your cards

    The gift page opens and says the card is not active yet. Tap the activate button. The registration form opens with your code already filled in.

  2. Step 2

    Tell us about your business

    Business name and type: Venue, Photographer, Wedding planner, or Other. Then weddings per year and your goal. Tap Continue.

  3. Step 3

    Check your coupon code

    The coupon code field must show the code printed on your cards, for example IT-348P. This is the step that links the cards to your account. Compare it with a card letter by letter. The code cannot be changed after registration.

  4. Step 4

    Create your login

    Email and password, then Create account. The password needs at least 6 characters, one capital letter, and one number.

  5. Step 5

    Go to the dashboard

    On the welcome screen, tap the link that takes you to the dashboard. Your 50 events are already in your balance.

  6. Step 6

    Your cards are active. Share them with your couples

    From now on every card works. Hand one to each couple in person, or copy your link from the dashboard and send it on WhatsApp. Every activation shows up under Couples.

Try it yourselves

Scan the back of one of your cards with your phone. The gift page opens with your code already filled in and greets the couple with a gift from your business. If it says the code is invalid or inactive, the code typed at registration does not match the card. Message Cristian on WhatsApp.

Start gifting

Hand a card to each couple at the dress fitting or the contract signing. The couple scans the QR, enters a name and an email, and gets an All-In-One Wedibox at no cost. The Couples tab in your dashboard shows every redemption.

Frequently asked questions

How much does it cost?

Nothing. The 50 events are a gift from Wedibox to the first Italian partners. There is no subscription and nothing to pay later.

What do we have to do?

Activate the code once and hand a card to each couple. Wedibox does the rest. The couple activates the album on their own and the guests upload on their own.

How long are the codes valid?

Couples can activate the gift through 31 October 2027. Once activated, the event stays open for 6 months of uploads and 1 year of storage from the wedding date.

What if someone we do not know uses the code?

Every activation shows up in your dashboard and waits for your approval. Only your couples use your events.

We typed the wrong code at registration. What now?

Message Cristian on WhatsApp with your business name and the code printed on your cards. We fix the account for you.

Is Wedibox in Italian?

Yes. The album, the wedding website, and the guest upload page are in Italian. So are registration and your partner dashboard.
