Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 30 day free trial. Deliver real weddings during the trial, and keep everything if you stay.
Does the couple need an account to see my drop?
No. The couple gets one link by email. It opens on any phone or laptop with no app and no password. They can watch, download, and share from that link.
Do you compress my photos and clips?
No. Every file is stored exactly as you upload it, up to 4K. The drop plays a lighter copy for smooth viewing, and the couple downloads the original.
How does storage work?
Your plan sets your storage: 500 GB, 1 TB, 2 TB, or 3 TB. Drops are unlimited at every size. Move up or down a size any time, and the drops you have delivered stay online.
Can I bring over the weddings I already delivered?
Yes. Connect Dropbox or Google Drive and pick the folders. Wedibox copies the files on its own servers, so nothing passes through your phone, and each wedding lands as a drop ready to publish. Imported files count toward your storage.
What is the difference between Creator and Studio?
Creator is delivery. Your couple gets your drop inside a free Wedibox gallery. Studio adds the Wedibox All-In-One plan and the guest QR code for every couple you deliver to, with your name on the sign, the album, and the emails. The couple pays nothing.
Can the couple collect guest photos in the same gallery?
Yes. Your drop sits in its own section at the top of the gallery. Guest uploads collect below it and never mix into your work.
What if the couple already uses Wedibox?
Your drop attaches to the gallery they already have. Use the email the couple signed up with and it lands in the right place.
Is this only for content creators?
No. Photographers drop finished galleries and videographers drop films the same way. One account, any file type, any size within your storage.
Can I cancel?
Yes. A monthly plan ends at the close of the billing month. A yearly plan includes two months free and renews once a year. Drops you have already delivered stay with the couple.
