The Short Answer
Gallerio is a client gallery platform built around video and hybrid photo and video delivery, running since 2018. Every plan includes unlimited galleries, 4K uploads with no duration caps, hybrid galleries, TV streaming to AirPlay and Chromecast, gallery music, password protection, watermarking, favorites, reviews, and a store. The bigger plans add video covers, tips, premieres with countdowns, guest face detection, white label links on your own subdomain, external download links, and video chapters. Six plans run from 20 GB at $14 a month to 5 TB at $199.
Wedibox Drops is the delivery tool inside Wedibox, the guest photo app used at 100,000+ weddings. A drop opens inside the gallery the couple already keeps, with your name on it, above the photos their guests uploaded. One plan, priced by storage only, with every feature at every size.
Pick Wedibox Drops if you want the lower price at every size, your brand on the first paid plan, the Dropbox, Google Drive, and Google Photos import, and your work inside the couple's own wedding gallery. Pick Gallerio if you sell products or take tips from the gallery, want couples to watch on the TV, need face finding for guests, or want a premiere countdown before the reveal. On price, Drops at 100 GB is $9 a month against Gallerio Side Line at $24, and at 1 TB Drops is $34 against Gallerio Ultimate at $62 for 1200 GB. The rest of this page shows the work.
What Each Product Is
Gallerio calls itself the full delivery workflow, not just a delivery method. You bulk upload photos and video, organize them into sets, design the gallery in its editor with your themes and logo, and send one link. Couples watch in what the site calls Netflix style viewing, stream films to a TV, find themselves with the face finder, leave a tip, write a review, buy digital and physical products, and share clips to Instagram. On the day this page was checked, the plans page listed six plans with storage as the total on the account: Starter with 20 GB at $14 a month or $11 billed yearly; Side Line with 100 GB at $24 or $18; Advanced with 600 GB at $45 or $33; Ultimate with 1200 GB at $62 or $46; Studio with 2 TB at $99 or $60; and Power Creator with 5 TB at $199 or $165. The plans page lists no free plan. The site's buttons say Register Free, and what a free account includes is not published.
Wedibox Drops does the delivery and nothing around it. You create a drop, upload from your phone or import from Dropbox, Google Drive, or Google Photos, pick one of eight openings and one of twelve palettes, add your logo, and publish. The couple gets one link. They open it on any phone or laptop with no app, watch the film in full quality, and download the originals when you allow it. There is one paid plan. Only the storage size changes the price, from 100 GB at $9 a month to 3 TB at $54, and every size includes the same tools and unlimited drops. See how a drop works for the five steps with real captures.
Where the Couple Opens It
A Gallerio gallery is a standalone link, and a polished one: a cover, music, sets, a premiere screen if you set one, and on the bigger plans your own subdomain with no Gallerio name on it. It is a good link. It is still one more link in the couple's inbox beside the photographer's gallery, the videographer's film, and the folder of guest photos someone collected on the day.
A drop opens inside the Wedibox gallery the couple already keeps. Your section sits at the top with your name on it. The guest uploads collect below it and never mix into your work. The couple shares one link with family for everything from the day, and they come back to it for years, because it holds the whole wedding and not one vendor's part of it.
That is the one thing on this page Gallerio cannot do, and it is the reason Drops exists. The loop below shows the gallery as the couple sees it: your section appears first, then the guest uploads collect under it.

Your Brand on Every Gallery
Gallerio builds up to its brand features by plan. Starter includes your logo and customizable themes. Side Line at $24 adds branding and socials and video covers. Advanced at $45 adds white label links, so the gallery lives on your own subdomain with every reference to Gallerio removed. That is the fullest white label in this cluster, and it costs $45 a month.
Every Wedibox drop carries your brand name, your handle, and your logo, at every paid size, from the $9 plan up. You pick one of eight openings, one of twelve palettes, and the fonts. You choose the cover, sort the files into albums, and write a note to the couple. The link carries your studio name first, then the wedding. Three of the eight openings are below.

Video, Originals, and Uploads
On video the two products agree more than they differ. Gallerio takes uploads up to 4K with no duration caps, keeps the quality you upload with no forced compression, allows unlimited revisions with no re-delivery fees, and streams to a TV through AirPlay and Chromecast. Drops stores every file as you shot it, up to 4K and 20 GB per file, plays a lighter copy for smooth viewing, and gives the couple the original. Drops has no TV streaming feature.
On getting files in, they differ. Drops uploads from the phone's browser with background, resumable uploads, and imports from Dropbox, Google Drive, or Google Photos, copied on the Wedibox servers. Gallerio describes bulk upload and organizing into sets; uploading from a phone and importing from Dropbox or Google Drive are not published on the pages read. Gallerio does let you link bulkier downloads to external storage to save space, a feature Drops does not have.
On getting files out, Gallerio gives the creator download controls and the couple clear download options; whether the whole gallery downloads as one ZIP is not published. On Drops the couple downloads one file or the whole drop as one ZIP when you allow it.

What It Costs Over a Year
Gallerio discounts yearly billing by plan, and Drops gives two months free, so the fair comparison runs both ways. At 100 GB, Gallerio Side Line is $288 a year paid monthly or $216 paid yearly. Wedibox Drops at 100 GB is $108 paid monthly or $90 paid yearly, since yearly billing is 10 months for 12. At that size Drops costs a little over a third of Gallerio.
Around 1 TB, Gallerio Ultimate gives 1200 GB for $744 a year paid monthly or $552 paid yearly. Drops at 1 TB is $408 or $340. At 2 TB, Gallerio Studio is $1,188 or $720; Drops at 2 TB is $528 or $440. Gallerio goes to 5 TB on Power Creator at $2,388 a year paid monthly or $1,980 paid yearly; Drops stops at 3 TB for $540 a year.
The gap is the toolbox. A Gallerio plan carries a store, tips, reviews, TV streaming, and the rest, and a studio that uses them can make the subscription back in sales, which the Gallerio site says plainly. Drops charges for delivery alone. Both tables below are the published prices on the day this page was checked.

Where Gallerio Is the Better Choice
A comparison that concedes nothing convinces nobody. Gallerio does more things than Drops, so this list is a long one. If you are weighing the other delivery tools too, the ClipFlo comparison, the Pixieset comparison, and the ShootProof comparison run the same questions.
Selling and tips from the gallery
Every Gallerio plan sells digital and physical products from the gallery, and Side Line and above let the couple leave a tip. Drops has no store and no tips. If part of your income comes from the gallery after delivery, Gallerio handles that and Drops does not.
The big screen and the big reveal
Gallerio streams films to a TV through AirPlay and Chromecast, and Side Line and above can set a premiere screen with a countdown so the gallery unlocks at a moment you choose. Drops opens the drop when you publish it, on a phone or a laptop. For a film meant to be watched on the living room TV on a set evening, Gallerio built the feature.
Face finding and reviews
Gallerio lets guests find themselves with the face finder and collects reviews from the gallery with a tap. Drops has neither today; it has favorites with a heart count, but no face finder and no reviews. If you deliver to large weddings where guests want their own photos, or you want reviews gathered at the moment of delivery, Gallerio fits.
A white label on your own subdomain
Advanced and above link galleries to your business subdomain with every reference to Gallerio removed. Drops carries your brand name and logo on the drop, but the link lives on wedibox.com under your studio name. A studio that wants the gallery address to be its own domain is better served by Gallerio Advanced.
More than 3 TB
Gallerio Studio holds 2 TB and Power Creator holds 5 TB. Drops tops out at 3 TB. A studio that keeps every wedding online for years, in one account, past 3 TB, needs Gallerio's larger plans.
How to Move From Gallerio to Wedibox Drops
Nothing has to move on day one. Keep Gallerio running until the last gallery there is delivered and downloaded, and start new weddings on Drops. When you are ready to bring the archive over, it goes like this.
-
Start your free drop
Sign up with no card. Your first drop includes 20 GB and 30 days to upload and edit, and the couple keeps it after that.
-
Export the originals from Gallerio
Download each gallery into a folder in Dropbox or Google Drive, one folder per wedding. Gallerio does not publish a direct transfer, so the folder is the bridge.
-
Connect the folder in Drops
Wedibox copies the files on its own servers, so nothing passes through your phone, and each wedding lands as a drop ready to publish. Imported files count toward your storage.
-
Publish under your brand
Pick a cover, a palette, and your fonts. Add your logo. Publish with or without an email, and send the couple one link.
-
Close the old plan last
Cancel Gallerio only after every couple has the new link and any product orders have shipped. A monthly Drops plan ends at the close of the billing month, so there is no reason to overlap longer than you need.
