How the referral program works

Weddings run on recommendations, and this one pays both ways: every friend who signs up through your link gets 20% off their event, and you get a $20 gift card each time a referred friend purchases a plan. The referral page gives you the link, ready-made share buttons, and a running count of how it’s going.

Before you start

  • Think of who’s actually planning something: engaged friends, a sibling’s graduation, a friend-of-a-friend bride. The program pays per friend who purchases, with no cap mentioned, so there’s no reason to stop at one.

Steps

  1. Open the referral page. Go to my.wedibox.com/referral while logged in. The page is headlined “Refer Friends, Earn $20 Gift Cards” and shows your personal referral link.

  2. Copy your link. Click Copy next to the link. This link is yours: anyone who signs up through it is credited to you automatically.

  3. Or share it directly. The share buttons prefill everything: Text message opens a ready-to-send SMS, Email a ready-to-send email.

  4. Make a social post. Click Instagram / TikTok to reveal the post generator. It renders a share-ready image with your link. Click Download image to save it and Copy caption for a matching caption, then post it as a normal feed post.

  5. Your friend signs up and saves. Through your link, their 20% off applies to their event. If they missed the link, they can still enter your referral code by hand at signup under “Have a referral code?”.

  6. Track your progress. Once someone has used your link, the page shows two counters: Invited (everyone who came through your link) and Joined (friends credited to you). Each credited purchase earns you a $20 gift card.

What you should see

Your Invited count ticks up as friends click through, and Joined follows when they purchase, each one a gift card earned.

If something goes wrong

  • A friend signed up but forgot your link: referral credit is captured through the link or code at signup, so have them check whether they can still add your code; if their account is already created without it, contact support through Help.
  • You want gift cards without referrals: there’s a second program, the Redeem gift cards page rewards leaving Wedibox reviews on platforms like Google and Trustpilot, with gift cards from Amazon, Ulta, Sephora, Target, and Home Depot.
