Free partner tools: timeline, showcase, and delivery

Your partner account includes three working tools, free, whether or not you’ve bought a single pack. Each one produces a public page with your branding on it, hosted by Wedibox, that you share with one link.

The three tools

• Wedding-day timeline builder. Build the day-of schedule once (moments, times, vendor tags) and share one link with the couple, every vendor, and the wedding party. Edits appear for everyone the moment you save. How to build a wedding-day timeline for your clients

Which tool leads the page

The page opens with the tool matched to your vendor type: venues see the showcase first, photographers see gallery delivery, and planners (and everyone else) see the timeline builder. All three are always available; change Partner type in Settings to swap which one leads.

Your pages

Once you’ve created something, a Your pages list appears with every timeline, showcase, and delivery page you’ve made. Each row shows a Draft or Live chip and the actions:

• View opens the public page (only once it’s published).
• Copy link copies the public URL.
• Edit reopens the editor.
• The trash icon deletes the page; anyone with the link loses access, and there’s no undo.

Choose a tool if…

• Timeline: you’re coordinating a specific wedding day with multiple vendors.
• Showcase: you want an evergreen sales page that grows with every wedding you host.
• Delivery: you have finished photos to hand over and want the delivery to carry your brand instead of a file-transfer link.

FAQ

Do the pages expire? No. A published page stays live until you delete it or unpublish it.

Can couples or guests edit anything? No. Public pages are view (and download) only; only you can edit them.

Where do the public links live? On Wedibox, at a private address minted when you first publish. Only people you share the link with can find it.
