The partner program lets wedding professionals (venues, photographers, planners, DJs, florists) gift Wedibox to their couples. You hand a couple your code, they claim a complete photo-sharing event for free, and your brand rides along on the flyers, the emails, and their gallery. There is no subscription and no commission math: you buy events in packs and give them away.

How it works

  1. You sign up and get a partner code. Your first event is free, so you can gift one couple a Wedibox with no card on file.

  2. You share the code. Hand couples your co-branded flyer, send the gift email, or copy your personal redemption link from the dashboard.

  3. The couple redeems it. They enter the code with their name and email, and their event is created at no cost to them. One event comes off your balance.

  4. You confirm the redemption. New redemptions sit as Pending approval in your Couples tab so you can verify they’re really your client; anything you don’t act on approves itself after 14 days.

What your couples get

A redeemed code unlocks the full Wedibox feature set, the same package couples buy as All-in-One (a $49 value): unlimited photo and video uploads, the digital and audio guestbook, their own wedding page, RSVP with guest list and seating, and a live slideshow. Guests can upload for 6 months and the gallery stays online for 12 months, and both clocks start on the activation date the couple picks, usually the wedding day. A couple with a wedding years away loses nothing by redeeming early.

What it costs you

Your first event is free. After that you buy prepaid packs of 5, 10, or 20 events from the Buy events tab; bigger packs cost less per event, and unused events stay in your balance until you gift them. One payment, no subscription. See How to buy partner event packs.

Co-branded, not white label

Your name and logo appear next to the Wedibox brand on the flyers, the gift emails, and the couple’s gallery, so couples always see the gift came from you. Upload your logo and brand color once in the Marketing kit and every asset is generated with them in place.

FAQ

Do my events or my code expire? Unused events stay in your balance until you gift them, and your code keeps working as long as you have events left.

Is there a commission? No. You buy events and gift them; the return is your brand in front of every guest, and couples who remember who gave them their photos.

Can I choose my own code? Yes, you pick a custom coupon code during signup (or let Wedibox generate one). The code is fixed after that.

What if a stranger redeems my code? Every redemption waits for your approval in the Couples tab. Decline it and the couple is told they need to pay normally.
