The three QR codes: photos, RSVP, and songs
QR codes & printsAll plans
One code opens everything, but sometimes you want a code that does exactly one job. On your event’s Overview, the Your one code card has a dropdown that lets you switch what the code opens before you download it. The full-page code is the all-rounder; the focused flavors take guests straight to a single action with nothing else to tap.

The codes compared
| Code | Opens | Guests can | Best printed on |
|---|---|---|---|
| Full wedding page | Your whole event page | Everything you’ve turned on | Welcome sign, invitations |
| Photo sharing only | A lightweight upload page | Upload photos and videos, write a message, leave a voicemail | Dinner tables, photo booth |
| RSVP only | Just your RSVP form | Reply, choose meals, add party members | Save-the-dates, invitations |
| Playlist only | Just the song request page | Search and request songs | Bar, dance floor |
Two more flavors exist in the dropdown for special screens: Seating chart only (the find-your-seat search) and Live slideshow (for a TV or projector, not for guests’ phones).
Plan requirements per flavor
- Full wedding page and Photo sharing only work on every plan. On Free, guests can share up to 50 uploads.
- RSVP only appears once the RSVP section is on your page: the RSVP website section is part of the All-in-One plan.
- Playlist only appears once the playlist is on your page, also an All-in-One plan feature.
A flavor only shows in the dropdown while its feature is turned on for your event, so if an option is missing, enable the feature in the Website editor first.
Choose which to print
- Choose the full-page code if you want one sign that covers everything: it’s the safe default, and the only code whose link you can customize.
- Choose the photos code if the placement exists for one job: getting photos in with zero decisions. Dinner tables are the classic spot.
- Choose the RSVP code if it’s going on paper that arrives before the wedding (save-the-dates and invitations) so guests land on the form, not the homepage.
- Choose the playlist code if it sits where music requests happen: the bar or the edge of the dance floor.
FAQ
Can I use several codes at the same wedding? Yes. Each flavor is its own image. Download each one separately and print them wherever they fit. One flavor per placement keeps it obvious what scanning will do.
Do the focused codes stop working if I change my page? No. All codes are permanent. If you later turn a feature off, its focused page tells guests the couple hasn’t turned this on and offers a link to your full wedding page.
Which address do the ready-made print designs use? The printed cards and table signs you order through Wedibox encode your full wedding page address. If you want a printed sign with a focused flavor, download that flavor yourself and add it to your own design. See How to print your QR code yourself.
Is the seating code worth printing? At the reception entrance, yes: guests type their name and get their table. See How guests find their seat.
